Actiss Africa is an African Interim Management firm specializing in supporting African companies as they navigate transformation, recovery, and growth challenges. Founded in 2017 as a spin-off of Actiss Partners (established in Paris in 2004), Actiss Africa operates across the entire African continent, leading high-impact operational missions with its dedicated teams.

We create a tandem composed of a Partner and an Interim Manager. The latter is assigned to your company for a few months, taking the lead of the relevant function — for example, a Sales Director if your challenges are commercial, a CFO if they are financial or accounting, or a Supply Chain Director if they are logistical. Together with you, this tandem operates in project mode to define the target you want or need to reach, establish and validate the roadmap to achieve it, and then the Interim Manager executes that roadmap with the support of the Actiss Africa Partner and under your supervision.

Ambroise Baroan

Partner

A graduate of HEC Paris in 1991, Ambroise has acquired solid experience in various multinational companies (France, United States, Senegal, South Africa and Ivory Coast) and became an expert in Business Development, marketing and sales as well as in Change Management. Since the beginning of 2016, he has decided to devote most of his work to advise business leaders. As a result, it partnered with ACTISS AFRICA to develop Transition Management on the African continent.

Gilles Marque

Partner

After a career as financial director of subsidiaries of US multinationals and German companies, Gilles Marque (MBA Reims, Master in Law) devotes himself as CEO in the launch and recovery of two companies in the B to B sector, of which he develops sales, structures services, federates energies, restores competitiveness. Throughout his career, he implants, develops, trains. This is why in 2004, Gilles Marque created the ACTISS group in order to provide companies with its recovery and general management experience. Since 2016 he directs with Ambroise Baroan ACTISS AFRICA.
