What is Interim Management?

Interim Management is a management solution designed to help an organization move forward. It involves having an external consultant temporarily take over the management of a strategic or operational function within the company, with a specific target.

What is your approach?

We always work in project mode:

· A definition of the objective before the start of the project between the Executive Committee and Actiss Africa.

· The Manager and Actiss Africa are present at the kick-off meeting with the Executive Committee.

· Daily working meetings between the Manager and the client’s teams.

· A weekly progress update between the Manager and Actiss Africa.

· Monthly steering committee meetings with the Manager, Actiss Africa, and the Executive Committee.

· A final meeting with all stakeholders, a report, and a satisfaction survey.
