IXPA SEMINAR SEPTEMBER 2022
It is with great pleasure that Actiss Africa met its international partners, members of the IXPA global interim management network, in Barcelona at the beginning of September 22. This seminar was the first face-to-face since the Covid 19 crisis.
IXPA is the international interim management network, which covers 5 continents with 21 partners and 29 offices. Actiss Africa is proud to represent the African continent within IXPA since 2016.
During this seminar we worked on the DNA of IXPA, on ways to improve our communication with the market. Above all, we discussed our interim management practices in each of our countries or regions. It emerges, from these rich discussions, that beyond the specificities of the markets in which we operate, and the particularities of our local processes, we all implement the same know-how: the ability to intimately understand the challenges of our customers and prospects, pursuit of excellence in our implementations, privileged partnership with our clients, collaboration with the best interim managers.
Actiss Africa is perfectly in line with these values, and promotes transition management in Africa in this spirit of excellence to help its clients succeed
