Mission of implementation of a commercial strategy, by Actiss Africa Abidjan
Actiss Africa intervened to structure and then pilot, with focus on strong development, the commercial activity of a subsidiary of an Ivorian group of electricity distribution. After establishing a detailed roadmap and delegating an Interim Manager within our client company, Actiss Africa focused with the internal teams on the Sales Operations.
The first phase consisted in building the sales organization: better definition of the offer, which needed to be clarified, construction of sales tools (sales pitches, databases…), quick implementation of an easy CRM, elaboration of a sales activity plan and setting up of relevant KPI’s.
The second phase consisted in setting up and maintaining a weekly sales operations management system with each salesperson on their activity and their pipe.
Finally, the third phase consisted in accelerating operations, with the impetus and help of the group, with the development and management of joint sales actions with the group, project management organization of the company, with the implementation of tools adapted to the sale of complex B to B solutions (pre-sales project cell, GANTT, etc.).
As a result: within only 8 months, this company has a successful structured, autonomous, and perennial commercial organization, a solid backbone, which makes the development objective achievable.
IXPA Seminar in Barcelona, September 2022
This seminar was the opportunity for Actiss Africa to meet with pleasure its international partners within our global network of Interim Management providers. IXPA has indeed 21 partners and covers the 5 continents through 29 offices. It is with pride that Actiss Africa has been the representative for Africa since 2016.
Patricia Charlec, graduated from Essec, joins Actiss Africa as Global Key Account Director on September 1st, 2022. Patricia is based in France and is responsible for promoting our Interim Management offer to French and European companies operating in Africa.
Patricia is an experienced Interim Manager, graduated from the IFMT Paris, the French training institute for interim management.
