We had a wonderful time in Frankfurt. 15 out of 17 members attended the meeting, 2 couldn’t join.

The outome :

– Interim management throughout the World becomes a well known solution

– Filling gap assigments are the main reason why firms call us, along with change and crisis.

– More and more cross-board assigment between IXPA partners. For instance 2 assigments for Actiss Africa came from our partners in France and in the USA.

– Training for interim managers become exist now in different countries (The Netherlands, France, Germany…)

– The market of Interim Management Providers is going to consolidate. (i.e. M&A operations to come)

More than ever, IXPA, and Actiss Africa as part of it, can support ant firm, association, organisation, in its main operational challenges, all over the World !
